When your labs are normal, and you still don't feel like yourself.

Perimenopause, thyroid changes, or a nervous system running on stress - the tests often come back fine, but something is clearly off. I help women find out what's actually going on, using real conversation, herbs, lifestyle change, and prescription support when it's warranted.

Three patterns I see the most

Perimenopause & menopause

Cycles, sleep, mood, and energy shifting all at once — and no one connecting the dots.

Thyroid & Hashimoto's

TSH "in range" on paper, but fatigue, weight, hair, and mood say otherwise.

Stress & hormone burnout

Running on empty for so long your body has quietly changed how it copes.

How this is different

Fifteen years in women's hormonal health — care that's neither a rushed ten-minute appointment nor a hormone-pellet upsell.

A real conversation, not a checklist

Your first visit is a genuine, unhurried history - not a ten-minute slot. I ask the questions that get to what's actually going on before we decide what to do about it.

Herbs, lifestyle, and prescription - used together, deliberately

As a licensed ND with prescriptive authority, I can prescribe when it's the right tool. I also use botanical medicine and lifestyle change where they do the real work. Neither is a default - the case decides.

No pellets, no injections, no cosmetic upsell

This isn't med-spa hormone care. If a treatment can't be explained simply and defended clinically, it's not something I offer.

What working together looks like

1. First visit

An in-depth history and timeline — sleep, cycle, mood, energy, stress, and what's already been tried.

2. A working plan

Testing if it's useful, and a clear plan across nutrition, herbs, lifestyle, and prescription support - prioritized, not overwhelming.

3. Ongoing care

Perimenopause shifts over months and years. We adjust as your body does, with regular follow-up rather than a one-time fix.

Start with the story.

You don't need to know what to ask, or have a diagnosis, before you begin. Tell me what's been going on, and we'll work out what it means together.
